PENALTY

All fines and administrative penalties are borne by the tenant.

DRIVER’S AGE

The minimum age of the tenant is 23 years old for “small”, “medium” and “large” size cars.
For the “special categories”, as well as the “VIP” cars, is 25 years old.

DRIVING LICENSE

The lessee must have a Greek driver’s license, or a Member State of the European Union, or an International Driver’s License issued by any State (by the competent authority).

SAFETY

The tenants of the Drosos Rent a Car are insured against third parties for bodily harm and property damage, in accordance with applicable law and for the amount specified therein.
In case the tenant wishes (optional), they can be insured with additional charge (depending on the car category) with Mixed Safety, which also covers the material damages of the rented vehicle and pays ONLY the exempted amount – proportional to the rental category.
Additional (optional) insurance is the Car Insurance of Drosos Rent a Car, with a daily cost proportional to the selected rental category.
In addition to the above insurance programs, the customer of Drosos Rent a Car, can choose Total Mixed Insurance, in which there is no exempted amount, at a cost after consultation with the company.

MINIMUM RENTAL TIME

The minimum rental time is one day for all car categories.

WARRANTY

It is prepaid – and is equal to the amount exempt from the Mixed Security of each category.

PETROL

It is solely the responsibility of the tenant …

CHANGE TYPE OF VEHICLE

Car categories are bound by the original reservation. In exceptional cases it may be possible to change the car category if deemed necessary.

DELIVERY – PICK -UP

Deliveries – Car pick-ups are taking place at the offices of Drosos Rent a Car within the company’s opening hours, WITHOUT CHARGE.
